Recipe: Seasame Stir Fry

This easy prepare stir fry is suitable for a wide range of seasonal produce, topped with the sweet pea pods.


1 tbs peanut oil
1 finely diced red chili pepper
1 finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1 cup broccoli florets
1 sliced sweet pepper
1 cup peas
Splash of soy sauce


Heat the peanut oil in a large wok over high heat. Add the red chili pepper, onion and garlic clove, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli florets, sweet pepper and cook until just tender, about 3 minutes. Add the peas and toss with a splash of soy sauce. Garnish with roasted cashews and serve with jasmine rice.
