Recipe: Tomato Vinaigrette Dip
Burpee  Edible Gardening Team Members

This dip’s strong flavor pairs perfectly with crackers.

¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes freshly minced
1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, minced
¼ cup olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
Black pepper to taste


In bowl, whisk all ingredients until emulsified and stir in basil.
