Recipe: Garrett’s Spanish Salsa

This salsa’s mango flavor provides a sweet, unexpected twist.

1 can black beans
2 fresh mangos
1/3 cup red onion
½ cup red pepper
1 can corn
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
¼ cup green lemon juice or key lime juice

Cut fresh ingredients into small pieces and mix all together. Refrigerate about an hour. Serve with chips or grilled chicken and rice.
