Stuffed Madame Marmande Tomato
This tasty broilded French-style appetizer stuffed with soft cheese can be prepared in five minutes.
3 Tablespoons of your favorite soft cheese (brie, camembert, or goat cheese recommended)
1 large Madame Marmande tomato
Salt to taste
Preheat broiler to high. Core the center of a large Madame Marmande tomato and sprinkle with salt. Fill the cored tomato with your favorite soft cheese. Place the tomato on the top oven rack and broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is toasted on top.
